I am working my way through these science experiments with the grandson. The first the self-inflating balloon got him impressed and with the things I needed apart from water, all in the kit. The second the spherical balls of colour needed vegetable oil, another store cupboard item. I supervised the experiment letting my grandson add colouring etc. He was very happy mixing colours and adding them to make lots of balls of floating colour. Each experiment is in a large quality instruction manual, clear instructions with pictures and an explanation of what how and why. A very large box of things to do that will last a long time. My grandson is 4 years old and we had loads of fun. A must buy!!!

I bought this for my grandson who is 7, it said in the description that it wasn't suitable for under 8s but he will be 8 in March. When it was delivered it said on the box 'not suitable for under 3 years' so he will think it's for toddlers 😏

Toller Adventskalender, mit super Experimenten! Es ist eine ausführliche, deutsche und englische Anleitung enthalten. Jeden Tag steht ein neues Experiment in der Anleitung zur Verfügung. Die Sachen sind ein einzeln und hochwertig verpackt. Ein Stern Abzug gibt es für das Durcheinander, wenn man den Kalender erstmalig öffnet. Man muss sich am Anfang erst mal einen Überblick verschaffen. Irgendwie verbindet man einen Adventskalender mit 24 Türchen und. nicht mit einem Koffer voller Zubehör. Auch wenn die Experimente für Kinder ab drei geeignet sind (Herstellerangabe) ist er aufgrund der fehlenden Türchen aus meiner Sicht eher für ältere Kinder geeignet.
